Lamia caught a whiff of something as he grabbed her jaw, a very strong blood-smell that, oddly, she could not identify. She wrinkled her nose and stuck her tongue out, vaguely resembling a pissed-off toddler as she did so. Fortunately, he had not told her to keep her tongue out, so she closed her mouth.
"What have you been hunting?" she inquired sweetly, for she was curious about the blood-scent. He seemed a bit...off. Not that he wasn't always "off", but presently, moreso than usually. If there was such a beast with such blood prancing around the forest, well, she wanted it.

Vetiis eyed this new person as he was standing there in a very confused state.
What type of person was this Svulkaine character?
Vetiis could not wait to awaken his father and get some answers. He then stepped forward once and cleared his throat.

"So Svulkaine, more friends huh?"

Svulkaine stopped grinning.

"Let's try one more time."

He raised the hand that wasn't on her chin, and her spine began to reconfigure itself. Slowly.

"Keep your tongue out, please."

"You never said-"
She tried to finish her protest, tried to reason with the ridiculous request, and was immediately cut off.
Bone-bending. An aspect of Necromancy that she never really attempted to master, not seeing the point of inflicting pain. The irony of the fact that he was choosing now to do something similar against her presently did not escape her, even as she doubled over, lost her posture, collapsed to the grass in a disjointed, disgustipated ball of agony.
She shrieked. The shrieks seemed like they were indeed outside her body. Surely it was not SHE who emnated such horrible screams, such savage, ear-splitting cries of pain, those noises had to be coming from elsewhere. Not she, surely. She flailed, her body convulsing into hapless, graceless spasms. Some nerve was struck, some delicate little trigger in her spinal column as it twisted like a serpent in heat, and she vomited into the grass, his command forgottten in the wake of the pain. Nothing existed besides the pain.

"What's wrong, Lamia?"

His eyes started to light up.

"Didn't hear me well enough?"

He lowered his hand, bringing spikes of her blood through her neck, and opening up her esophagus to the air.

"I want your tongue, so give it to me."
