In the mountains, there's a long trail from Valsia to Central Empire City. It's rarely used, since Valsia is basically unenterable from the outside, but every so often, one will have a reason to travel north. Beware, though, there may well be robbers or wild animals on the path.

The Boggan....The name stayed, and taste of the word stung Agrons tongue. He stood steadfast on the path northbound that lead into the mountains. The snow and whipping winds assaulted his face, but on he trudged. With nothing more than a scrap of cloth tied tightly about his face and a bear shawl, which hung over his head and sheilded his eyes slightly, he lumbered on. He recalled the village elders telling tales of the ferocious black snow devil when he was a child, and how it would howl from atop the peaks and terrorize the village.

Not any more.

Kha'da looked up at Agron curiously.

"Something wrong?"

Agron shook his head.

"No, just remembering an old story...."

He Looked on down the beaten path and jammed the butt of his gun into the snow, using it as a makeshift walking staff.

Kha'da turned his head to the gun barrel.

"Isn't that bad for it?"

"Nay nay smallish feline creature thing, for it is all man like its owner...Which is myself!"

Agron just so happened to step one foot on a stone as the sun began to set in the distance framing him in the most astounding poses of masculinity, the likes of which had never been seen...since the day before.

"Come now, for the terrible Boggan does not rest! Away!"

Kha'da nodded.

"Indeed, the Boggan does await!"

And so does my treasure...

"So... Where does it await, exactly?"

Agron inhailed deeply and pointed a worn, calloused finger in the direction of the peek of Mt. Adernassus

"There, my smallish friend....There the Boggan awaits"

He nodded slowly.

"Right... So... How do you expect us to get up there?"

He grinned and flexed

"We trudge. Like my forefathers and their foreforefather...and so on untill the forfathers became forgrandsires and untill they became forgrandsireses. But that is a tale for later telling...but for now....We trudge."

Kha'da nodded. "Right, then. Trudge we will."

He was secretly distraught. the snow would likely overtake his body before much longer. The mounds seemed to be getting bigger, and he was already up to his knees.

Well, I'll lie my way out of this too, if I have to.
